The Town of Whitestown has worked together with the Wyman Foundation on the construction of a memorial park honoring the life of Oneida County Deputy Sheriff Kurt B. Wyman who was killed in the line of duty on June 7, 2011. This park has been a significant addition to our parks system, providing a beautiful landscape for recreational play. The continued development in this park will ensure Deputy Wyman's legacy is kept alive with a memorial monument and multiple sports fields serving as a tribute to Kurt’s love for children and his passion for the game of soccer.
