Planning Board

Planning Board regular meetings are the 4th Wednesday of the month.  Meetings normally begin at 6:00 P.M.  at Town Hall.

Deadline for Planning Board Application is 4:00 PM on the 3rd Monday of the month.

Duties:

  • The Planning Board is responsible for review and approval of Site Plans and Subdivisions.
  • All application materials must be submitted at least 10 days prior to a scheduled Planning Board meeting in order to be added to the meeting agenda.
  • Meetings are held at the town meeting room at 8539 Clark Mills Road, Whitesboro, typically the 4th Wednesday of the month at 6pm. 
  • Refer to the Calendar  for meeting times and dates and Application Deadline link above.
