NOTICE TO BIDDERS FOR

RESIDENTIAL LAWN MAINTENANCE

TOWN OF WHITESTOWN

ONEIDA COUNTY, NEW YORK

Sealed Bids for mowing of vacant residential properties owned by the Town of Whitestown in the Village of Whitesboro will be received in person or by mail addressed to the Town of Whitestown Town Clerk, Whitestown Town Hall, 8539 Clark Mills Road, Whitesboro, New York 13492. Bids will be received until 3:00 pm local time on May 19, 2026, The bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud  at the Town Clerk’s Office on May 19, 2026, at 3:15 PM at the Whitestown Town Hall. The Project consists of mowing and string trimming vacant residential properties owned by the Town of Whitestown in the Village of Whitesboro.

Bids will be received for a single prime Contract on a unit price basis.

The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is the Town of Whitestown Town Clerk. The Contract Documents may be viewed and ordered through the Town Clerk’s office at 8539 Clark Mills Road, Whitesboro, NY.

Only official plan-holders are eligible to bid on the project. Bidders are required to register with the Town Clerk in order to receive the Request for Proposal (RFP) Document.

Bids will be accepted only from Bidders who obtain RFP Documents from the Issuing Office and are duly registered on the List of Bidders.

The Whitestown Town Board reserves the right to waive any formalities and to reject any and all bids.
