ON THE 2027 BUDGET
FOR THE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICTS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Town Board for the Town of Whitestown has completed the 2027 budgets in connection with the following improvement districts:

                 SW046 Consol Swr

                SW080 Cider St #17

                 WD083 Whtn WD

                 WD099 Sutliff #25

                 FD 054, 059-62; Fire Protection District

                 LT 059-067, 075, 077-78, 081; Lighting Districts, SL2-7, 9-15

Which were filed in the office of the Town Clerk.

             FURTHER NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Town Board will meet at the Whitestown Municipal Offices located at 8539 Clark Mills Road, Whitesboro, New York on the 4th day of November, 2026, at 6:35 PM for the purpose of conducting a hearing to consider any objections which may be made to said budgets and the benefit assessments to be levied for each of such districts based thereon.
