NOTICE OF RESOLUTION

OF THE WHITESTOWN TOWN BOARD APPROVING SALE OF TOWN PROPERTY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that at a regular meeting held on the 15th day of July, 2026, the Town Board for the Town of Whitestown, New York, duly adopted a Resolution, an Abstract of which follows, which Resolution is subject to a permissive referendum pursuant to Town Law Article VII of the State of New York.

Specifically, the Town Board authorized the sale of the Town's interest, if any, and portions of, those streets shown on a subdivision map of Campbell Park made by Frank K. Baxter dated March 31, 1890 and known as Sumner Avenue, Douglas Avenue, Lincoln Avenue and Fremont Avenue, now Tabor Avenue, which have never been accepted for dedication by the Town and have not been opened and worked on within the last six years.

The purchase price is $16,000.00, together with the expenses incurred by the Town in connection with the sale, including the cost of the appraisal and all recording fees. The sale is subject to the condition that none of the undedicated streets shall be used by the purchaser to gain access to Graham Avenue or Ney Avenue.
